Ingredients

1 cup store-bought biscuit dough (or canned dough)
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Optional: chocolate sauce, caramel, or dulce de leche

Directions

Step 1 – Prep the dough right Take the biscuit dough and cut it into small, bite-size pieces, about 1 inch each. Try to keep them roughly the same size so they cook evenly, but don’t stress about making them perfect. (slightly uneven pieces actually give you better texture and crisp edges)

Step 2 – Heat the pan Place a pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with a little oil or butter. Let it heat up for a minute so the dough starts cooking as soon as it hits the pan.

Step 3 – Cook the bites slowly Add the dough pieces to the pan in a single layer. Let them cook for a minute before moving them, then start turning them every so often so all sides get evenly golden. Cook for about 6–8 minutes total until they’re browned on the outside and cooked through inside. If one looks pale, leave it longer  color matters here.

Step 4 – Make the coating In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon until evenly combined. While the bites are finishing, make sure your melted butter is ready.

Step 5 – Coat while warm As soon as the bites come off the heat, brush or toss them lightly in the melted butter, then immediately roll them in the cinnamon sugar. Do this while they’re still hot so everything sticks properly.

Step 6 – Finish and serve Serve right away while they’re still warm, soft inside, and slightly crisp outside. Add chocolate sauce, caramel, or dulce de leche on the side for dipping if you want to take it further. (this is a “don’t wait” dessert — it hits best fresh)

Rizz Tip

“Take one, dip it, look at them, and go ‘yeah… this is dangerous’.” 😏
