Ingredients
Eggs
6 eggs
1 Tbsp oil
Salt + pepper

Potatoes
1 lb potatoes, diced
1 Tbsp oil
Salt

Protein
1 cup cooked chicken or beef

Directions

Step 1 – Cook the Potatoes First
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add diced potatoes in a single layer. Let them sit for a few minutes before stirring so they build a crust, then cook for 12–15 minutes until crispy outside and soft inside.
If they’re pale, they need more time. If they’re golden and you can smell them, you’re in the right place.

Step 2 – Reheat the Protein
Add your cooked chicken or beef into the potato pan and let it warm through. Stir lightly so it heats evenly without breaking everything apart.
You’re bringing it back to life, not overcooking it into something dry.

Step 3 – Cook the Eggs Right
In a separate pan, or the same one, cook the eggs however you prefer, but aim for soft and slightly creamy if scrambling. Season lightly and pull them off the heat just before they look fully done.
Overcooked eggs will drag the entire plate down, so don’t rush this part.

Step 4 – Bring It Together
Add the eggs into the potato and protein mix and fold everything together gently. Keep some separation so you don’t lose all the texture you just built.
This should look like a full plate, not one blended mixture.

Step 5 – Add a Quick Challenge
While it cools for a minute, hit a quick 20 pushups or a short plank. You’re about to eat big, so act like it.
No standing around staring at your food like it’s going to disappear.

Step 6 – Serve and Commit
Serve immediately and eat the full portion. This is how you start the day if you’re serious about growth.
If it feels like a lot, good. That’s the shift.
