Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 scoop protein powder
1 tsp honey
Optional: berries

Directions

Step 1 – Mix It Smooth First
Add Greek yogurt and protein powder into a bowl and mix until completely smooth. Scrape the sides so everything blends evenly.
If it feels too thick, add a small splash of milk and mix again until it becomes creamy.

Step 2 – Sweeten It Lightly
Add honey and mix again so it spreads evenly through the mixture. Taste it and adjust slightly if needed.
You don’t need a lot here, just enough to give it a dessert feel.

Step 3 – Freeze with Intention
Place the mixture in the freezer for 30–60 minutes. Stir it once halfway through so it doesn’t freeze into a solid block.
You’re aiming for a soft, scoopable texture, not something rock hard.

Step 4 – Add Texture
Once it’s partially frozen, add berries or a small topping if you want. Keep it light so it doesn’t turn into a calorie-heavy dessert.
This gives it that “real dessert” feel without going off track.

Step 5 – Quick Challenge
While it finishes setting, hit 20 pushups or a plank. No scrolling while you wait.

Step 6 – Eat It Cold
Take it out and eat it while it’s still soft and slightly frozen. Don’t let it sit too long or it melts back into yogurt.
This is your cold dessert that still fits the plan.
