Directions
Step 1 – Cook the Smile Fries
Bake or air fry the smiley fries according to package directions until golden and crispy.
Step 2 – Make the Burger Sauce
Mix mayo, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice together in a small bowl.
Step 3 – Cook the Burger Beef
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until browned and slightly crispy.
Step 4 – Fry the Eggs
In a separate pan, fry the eggs sunny-side up or over easy so the yolks stay runny.
Step 5 – Build the Bowl
Divide the burger beef between two bowls. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, cheddar cheese, and smiley fries.
Step 6 – Crown It
Place a fried egg on top of each bowl and drizzle generously with burger sauce.
When you break the yolk, it becomes a rich, cheesy burger sauce that coats everything.
Why It Hits Different
You get burger flavor, loaded fries, a runny egg, and enough nostalgia to remind you of being eight years old without actually eating a Happy Meal.
Rizz Tip 💘
"Are you a smiley fry? Because every time I see you, I can't help but smile." 😏🍟
