Ingredients
Wrap
2 large tortillas
Protein
1 lb cooked chicken
Sauce1/2 cup Greek yogurt1/2 cup diced tomato1/2 cup diced cucumberSalt + pepperFinish
1 Tbsp olive oil
Directions
Step 1 – Heat the Protein First
Warm your chicken in a pan over medium heat with a little oil until it’s hot all the way through. Let it sit for a minute in the pan so it picks up a little texture instead of just reheating.
You want it warm and slightly structured, not dry or rushed.
Step 2 – Build the Sauce
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with salt and pepper until smooth. Taste it and adjust slightly so it doesn’t feel flat.
This is what keeps a heavy wrap from turning dry halfway through.
Step 3 – Warm the Wraps
Heat the tortillas until soft and flexible so they roll clean. Don’t skip this step or you’ll fight them the whole time.
Warm wraps always hold better and feel more finished.
Step 4 – Load the Wraps Properly
Lay both tortillas flat and divide the chicken evenly across them. Spoon the sauce across the center so every bite gets some.
Don’t be afraid of the portion here. This is supposed to be heavy.
Step 5 – Roll It Tight
Fold the sides in slightly and roll from the bottom up, keeping everything tight and controlled. Use your hands to tuck it in so it actually holds together.
If it’s loose now, it won’t survive the first bite.
Step 6 – Crisp the Outside
Place the wraps seam-side down in a hot pan and cook for 1–2 minutes until lightly golden. Rotate slightly if you want more texture.
This step adds structure and makes it easier to eat.
Step 7 – Challenge Before You Eat
Before you take your first bite, hit 15–20 pushups. You’re about to eat like it matters, so move like it too.
No skipping this just because you’re hungry.
Step 8 – Eat Both
Sit down and eat both wraps. Not one now and one later unless that’s intentional.
This is where most people accidentally under-eat without realizing it.
