Ingredients
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 egg
2 Tbsp milk
1 tsp baking powder
Optional: 1 tsp chocolate chips
Directions
Step 1 – Build the Batter Properly
Add all ingredients into a bowl or mug and mix thoroughly until smooth. Take your time to break up any clumps so the batter is consistent all the way through.
If it looks too thick or dry, add a small splash of milk and mix again until it loosens up slightly.
Step 2 – Get the Texture Right Before Cooking
Look at the batter before you cook it. It should be thick but still smooth enough to spread easily.
If it looks chalky or stiff, it needs more liquid. If it looks runny, it needs a little more mixing.
Step 3 – Microwave with Control
Microwave for about 60–90 seconds, watching it as it cooks. You want it set on top but still slightly soft in the center.
If you overcook it, it turns dry fast, so pull it a little early if you’re unsure.
Step 4 – Let It Set and Finish
Let it sit for a minute so the texture firms up slightly. This is what gives it that brownie-like feel instead of something wet.
If you added chocolate chips, this is when they melt and actually make it feel like dessert.
Step 5 – Quick Challenge
Before eating, hit 20 pushups. You just made a brownie that fits your plan, act like it.
Step 6 – Eat It While It’s Right
Eat it warm while the texture is still soft. Don’t let it sit too long or it loses that fresh-made feel.
This is one of those moments where you stayed on track without missing out.
