Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
1 scoop protein powder
1 cup milk
1 tsp honey
Optional: berries

Directions

Step 1 – Build It the Night Before
Add oats, protein powder, and milk into a container and mix thoroughly. Make sure the protein powder fully dissolves so you don’t wake up to clumps.
Take your time here because this is what sets the texture for the next day.

Step 2 – Adjust the Consistency
Check how thick it looks after mixing. If it’s too thick, add a splash of milk and stir again until it loosens slightly.
You want it creamy, not dry or stiff.

Step 3 – Let It Sit Properly
Seal the container and place it in the fridge overnight or at least 6 hours. This gives the oats time to absorb everything and soften.
If you rush this step, the texture will feel raw instead of smooth.

Step 4 – Add Flavor Before Eating
In the morning, stir it again and add honey or berries if you want extra flavor. Taste it and adjust so it actually feels like something you want to eat.
This is your first meal, so don’t make it something you dread.

Step 5 – Quick Morning Challenge
Before you take your first bite, hit 15–20 pushups. Start your day with some movement instead of going straight into autopilot.

Step 6 – Eat and Move
Eat it cold or slightly warmed depending on preference. Finish it and get moving instead of sitting around.
This is your “already handled” breakfast.
