Ingredients
2 tortillas
1 lb pre-cooked chicken
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt + pepper

Directions

Step 1 – Make the Sauce First
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Give it a quick taste and adjust if needed so it doesn’t feel bland.
This takes less than a minute, but it’s what turns this from dry and forgettable into something you’ll actually want again.

Step 2 – Warm the Wraps
Heat the tortillas briefly so they’re soft and flexible. You’re not cooking them, just getting them ready to roll without cracking.
Cold tortillas will betray you the second you try to fold them, so don’t skip this.

Step 3 – Build It Right
Lay the tortilla flat and place the chicken across the center in a straight line. Spoon the sauce evenly over the top so every bite has some flavor.
Keep it balanced instead of stuffing it full, or you’ll lose control halfway through eating it.

Step 4 – Roll It Tight
Fold the sides inward slightly, then roll from the bottom up, keeping it tight as you go. Use your fingers to tuck everything in so it actually holds together.
If it feels loose now, it’s going to fall apart later, so take the extra few seconds here.

Step 5 – Optional Finish
Place the wrap seam-side down in a hot pan for a minute or two to crisp it lightly. Rotate it if you want a little texture on all sides.
This is the difference between “I made a wrap” and “this is actually good.”

Step 6 – Eat or Store
Eat it while it’s warm or wrap it up for later. If storing, keep it tight so it doesn’t fall apart when you come back to it.
This is your low-effort, high-reward meal that you’ll end up making more than you expect.
