Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 scoop protein powder
1 tsp honey
Optional: berries

Directions

Step 1 – Build the Base Properly
Add your Greek yogurt to a bowl, then slowly mix in the protein powder. Stir it in gradually instead of dumping it all at once so you don’t end up with dry clumps.
If it feels too thick or stiff while mixing, add a small splash of milk or water and keep going until it turns smooth and creamy.

Step 2 – Get the Texture Right
Keep mixing until the yogurt is completely smooth with no powder pockets hiding in the corners. Take a second to scrape the sides of the bowl so everything is evenly combined.
If it looks thick like frosting, you’re in a good spot. If it looks dry or chalky, you need a little more liquid.

Step 3 – Add Sweetness with Control
Drizzle in the honey and mix it through so it spreads evenly across the whole bowl. Taste it and decide if it needs a little more or if it’s already where you want it.
You’re not trying to make it candy, just taking the edge off so it feels like dessert.

Step 4 – Add Some Texture
Top with berries or anything light you have on hand. Keep it simple so you add texture without stacking unnecessary calories.
This step is what makes it feel like something you want, not something you’re forcing.

Step 5 – Quick Challenge
Before you grab a spoon, hit 15–20 pushups. You’ve got 30 seconds, use it.

Step 6 – Eat Like It’s Earned
Sit down and eat it slowly instead of rushing it. Let it feel like a dessert, not something you’re just getting through.
This is the moment where you stayed on track instead of slipping.
