Ingredients
Cream Layer
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 Tbsp light cream cheese or mascarpone
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Optional Peanut butter layer

Coffee Layer
1/2 cup strong coffee or espresso, cooled
1 tsp honey

Base
6 ladyfingers or 2 graham crackers, broken into pieces

Finish
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
Optional: dark chocolate shavings

Directions

Step 1 – Make the Cream Layer
Add Greek yogurt, protein powder, cream cheese or mascarpone, honey, and vanilla to a bowl. Mix until smooth, thick, and creamy with no protein powder clumps hiding in the corners.
This is the part that makes it feel like tiramisu instead of just yogurt trying to be fancy.

Step 2 – Get the Coffee Ready
In a small bowl, mix the cooled coffee or espresso with honey. Stir until the honey dissolves so the coffee layer has a little sweetness without becoming too much.
The coffee should be strong enough to actually show up, because weak coffee in tiramisu is basically emotional damage.

Step 3 – Build the First Layer
Dip your ladyfingers or graham cracker pieces quickly into the coffee, then place them at the bottom of your cup, jar, or small dish. Don’t soak them too long or they’ll fall apart before they even get invited to the dessert.
You want them soft, not destroyed.

Step 4 – Add the Cream
Spoon a layer of the protein cream over the coffee-soaked base and spread it evenly. Take your time here so the layers look clean and intentional.
This is where it starts looking like a real dessert instead of something you panic-made at midnight.

Step 5 – Repeat the Layers
Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers or graham crackers, then another layer of cream on top. Keep the layers even so every bite gets coffee, cream, and texture together.
This is the whole tiramisu experience, so don’t just dump everything in and hope for the best.

Step 6 – Chill It Properly
Cover and place it in the fridge for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight if you want the best texture. The chill time lets the layers soften, settle, and actually become tiramisu.
If you eat it right away, it’ll still taste good, but it won’t have that “I made a real dessert” energy yet.

Step 7 – Finish with Cocoa
Right before serving, dust cocoa powder over the top. Add a few dark chocolate shavings if you want it to look extra clean.
This is the final move, and yes, it matters. Cocoa on top is what makes it look like tiramisu instead of protein pudding in witness protection.

Step 8 – Final Challenge
While it chills, hit 20 pushups or a 30-second plank. You just made tiramisu fit into a gym cookbook, so finish the job.
No staring into the fridge every 10 minutes like it’s going to mature faster.

Step 9 – Eat Like You Won
Serve cold and eat slowly so it actually feels like dessert. This is the final recipe, so don’t rush it like it’s just another protein snack.
You stayed on track and still got tiramisu. That is the whole point.
