Ingredients
Base
2 small bags Doritos or Fritos (single-serve size)
Meat
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
Toppings
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup sour cream
Optional: hot sauce, jalapeños
DirectionsStep 1 – Cook the meat Heat a pan over medium heat and add the ground beef. Break it apart as it cooks and add salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin. Cook for about 5–7 minutes until browned and fully cooked. (don’t rush this — browned meat = actual flavor)
Step 2 – Prep the toppings Chop the lettuce and tomatoes, and get everything ready before you build. (this is one of those “have your stuff ready” moments)
Step 3 – Open the bag right Take your chip bags and gently crush them a little so you get bite-size pieces. Then open them from the side or top depending on how you want to eat it. (this is the whole experience — don’t skip this)
Step 4 – Build inside the bag Add a scoop of hot meat directly into the chip bag, then layer cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream on top.
(don’t overfill it or it turns into chaos — controlled chaos only)
Step 5 – Mix and eat Use a fork to mix everything slightly and eat straight out of the bag.
(this is messy, loud, and somehow works way too well)
